I would like to suggest that there will be certain detention camps set up specifically to terminate those arrested, quarantined, etc. to gas and cremate such people. Also, look to the human crematory facility in Texas. Friends, I commence my thirtieth year as a Private Detective, Criminal Investigator, Legal Assistant and Security Professional this June of '02. These thirty years were proceed by three years as an Intelligence Analyst in U.S. Military Intelligence with assignments in Psychological Operations in Vietnam and U.S. Army Special Forces. I've spent over three decades dealing with life and death matters for both the U.S. Gov't and the private sector. I'm known to be a pretty serious, no nonsense, kind of guy. One of the things I do fairly well is take statements. In that vein, I provide you all with the following: I was interviewing a man I've know for some seven years or so the last week of January '02. This man is a professional. A sane, sober, professional and family man in the health care industry. He has learned and related to me what he referred to as the "FBI Protocols" for dealing with the outbreak of a bio-weapons attack in the USA. Specifically a contagious, fatal disease. For the purposes of this article, I have included an attachment about the disaster planning exercise known as "Dark Winter" In the exercise, former U.S. Senator Sam Nunn played the role of U.S. President. I encourage you to read the attached article yourself, (or put "Dark Winter" into the "Google.com" search engine and find a bunch of articles on the exercise.) The bottom line is that what was learned during "Dark Winter" is that nothing in the traditional inventory of containing and controlling this outbreak of smallpox worked.....nothing. With that in mind, back to my interview. My friend told me that the FBI Protocols for dealing with the outbreak of a bio-weapons disease is to: Kill everyone in the quarantined area! It took a couple of minutes for what he told me to take effect. My immediate response was one of denial. However, after I thought about it for a moment, it made perfect sense. Of course that's what they will do. As barbaric, inhumane and criminal as it sounds at first, what choice would they have? If one person exposed to the disease escapes the quarantined area, that one person could cause the deaths of tens of thousands of others! It was the better part of a day later before I believe I determined the method they will use. I feel the most likely method will be to use a neutron bomb for a large area and spraying a quick-killing chemical such as mustard gas or a nerve agent on a smaller area. How they will do it is not known to me, this is my speculation. If you hear on the radio or TV that there is an emergency in the area where you are and that you should "stay at home and remain calm", very likely the roadblocks are already being set up. You have only hours , at the most, perhaps only minutes, to escape the area. Your escape will likely have to be on foot, under cover of darkness. Plan your route ahead of time. John R.
